If shipping sealed envelopes, consider hand-canceling at the post office to protect the seal

Display cards in frames with UV-protective glass for long-term preservation

Our handmade greeting cards and wax seals are heavier than standard cards due to premium materials and traditional sealing wax.

When mailing these cards to your recipients, you may need additional postage beyond a standard stamp. We recommend:

Weighing your card at the post office before mailing
Using a postal scale to determine correct postage
Considering hand-canceling at the post office to protect delicate wax seals

This ensures your card arrives safely without being returned for insufficient postage.

Important Note About Handmade Products Because each of our products is lovingly handcrafted by hand, no two items are exactly the same. Slight variations and minor inconsistencies are natural characteristics of handmade artistry and are not considered defects. Returns based solely on these natural variations will not be accepted.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Please email us with your order number at sealedbyk@icloud.com to resolve any pre-shipment order changes.

We currently do not accept item returns on delivered items. However, if there is a problem with the order you receive or it arrives damaged, we will certainly do our best to make things right. Send us an email with the order number and photos showing the issues.
