My Commitment At Sealed By K, I take pride in creating handmade greeting cards and wax seals with care and attention to detail. I want you to love your purchase, but I understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

Important Note About Handmade Products Because each of our products is lovingly handcrafted by hand, no two items are exactly the same. Slight variations and minor inconsistencies are natural characteristics of handmade artistry and are not considered defects. Returns based solely on these natural variations will not be accepted.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Please email us with your order number at sealedbyk@icloud.com to resolve any pre-shipment order changes.

We currently do not accept item returns on delivered items. However, if there is a problem with the order you receive or it arrives damaged, we will certainly do our best to make things right. Send us an email with the order number and photos showing the issues.
